Microscan Bar Illuminators - The Solution for Micro Barcodes
The bar light uses incompatible LED arrays, linear units to provide illuminance for applications. When you use a barcode imager to project it down, the device next to it shines additional light for you. Depending on the needs of use, the effect of this light will not be the same. The micro-bar codes printed on the product when affected by this light will be clearer. The main reason is that lights increase their contrast or clarity. From there, industrial barcode scanners can identify and save more easily.
As with other lighting events, fine tuning, remote distance and light distribution angle can provide good contrast for minimal investment.
